FRANCHISE PROCESS
Phase 1 - Contact Us

Phase 2 -Site Survey and Evaluation
Provide us with a few potential locations for your franchise. We will then conduct a survey of the actual premises to recommend suitable shop models and estimate investment costs.
Phase 3 - Agreement and Contract Signing
Once satisfied, proceed to officially sign the contract with Pulls Coffee Company.
Phase 4 - Deposit and Franchise Model Construction
- After signing the contract, you will make a deposit based on the agreed-upon cost of the chosen franchise model.
- We will collaborate with you to ensure construction aligns with the schedule and model specifications. While you oversee project construction, Pulls Coffee will provide consulting and supervision throughout the process.
Phase 5 - Handover, Training, and Operation
- Participate in our comprehensive training program covering brewing techniques, operations and development best practices, business management (sourcing, staff, etc.), customer service, and proper care techniques.
- Upon completing training and contract finalization, you can officially launch your Pulls Coffee franchise business.
